Our Mission

To provide revenue generating behavioral training for your sales and marketing professionals that will lead to increased sales and long term customer relationships.

We are a group of Certified Instructional Designers, a fancy name for people who have been specifically trained to create great training based on Adult Learning Principles.

We are also talented technical artists, writers and terrific training facilitators. We have sold products in pharma, bio-pharma, medical software, medical diagnostics, telecom and more. We have been sales reps, marketing managers, sales managers and training managers. We have launched new products, new marketing processes, and new sales models. We are people who have started our own businesses, doing everything from raising capital to emptying the garbage. We have hired ad agencies and training companies. By the way, we’ve fired them, too.
